Social Compliance

Product Safety:

High Caliber Line of Canada is committed to providing high quality, safe products for our customers. High Caliber is continually working with our vendors to ensure all materials used in the production of our products meet all federal and provincial health and safety standards, as well as California’s tough Proposition 65.

High Caliber purchases inks and other supplies from a number of suppliers throughout the United States and Canada. Our ink suppliers have conducted extensive testing to document the lead content for all ink systems we currently use to decorate our products. The lead content of all the inks High Caliber uses meet all current local and federal regulations. Testing data is available upon request.

CCPSA Compliance:

High Caliber Line has developed a comprehensive program to ensure products manufactured for our company comply with The Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. High Caliber’s CCPSA program includes testing for all CCPSCA-regulated standards applicable to our products, including lead content and lead in substrates, products containing certain phthalates and lead in paint and surface coatings. High Caliber continues to monitor CCPSA regulations and strives to maintain compliance. All the items found in the High Caliber Line catalogue are designed to meet applicable Federal and Provincial regulations.

Please note, the items found in the High Caliber Line catalogue are not designed for, or intended for use by children. Despite this, High Caliber has undertaken testing campaigns to ensure that certain products that may appeal to children meet CCPSA requirements. High Caliber utilizes accredited third party testing labs. These testing labs issue certificates to substantiate that the tested products meet all applicable CCPSA requirements. These test reports can be found at or from your Customer Service Rep
