CUSTOM LANYARDS INFORMATION:

Custom lanyards are manufactured to the specifications of each order. This allows us to change and mix features, such as multiple colour logos, change attachments, change the width, dye the materials to specific PMS colours or just about anything a customer wants. In ddition to the attachments and lanyards shown in this catalogue, we have additional attachments and other customizable lanyard options. Call a HCL of Canada representative with your requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs.

LANYARD ORDER POLICY

• Minimum order quantity differs pending on item.
• Less than minimum orders are accepted with a charge of $50(G)/logo/ order. Some restrictions apply.
• Additional set-up fees will be charged for any logo or copy changes from the original artwork.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time begins after all approvals, including credit, receipt of artwork and a digital proof approval. A digital proof is a digital photograph of a pre-production sample. A digital proof approval is required on all custom lanyards at no additional cost. See page 3 for additional production limitations and requirements.

RUSH ORDERS

Our screen printed lanyards can be rush ordered with a 10 business day production period after all approvals. Pricing is in red under each
item where available. Production time begins after all approvals, including credit and receipt of artwork. Pre-production samples and digital proofs are not available on 10 business day production orders.

LANYARD PACKAGING

All custom lanyards are bulk packaged 10 per bundle. Optional individual polybagged lanyards are avaliable for $0.03(G)/pc.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

Pre-production samples can be made for any of our lanyards for a charge of $40(G) plus the set-up charge. Pre-production samples will add an extra 7-10 days to production and are not available on rush orders.

PAPER PROOFS

There is a $13(G) charge for paper proofs. You can choose from our standard set of colours at no cost. For a custom PMS colour there is a charge of $40(G)/colour. Please note: Colours in catalogue will appear slightly different from finished product. We cannot guarantee an exact PMS match due to material dye-lotvariations. Colours based on the PANTONE ROYAL LIGHT colour system.
